Apartment with two double rooms, a small single room, a large living room. On the second floor, reached by two flights of typical Ligurian slate stairs, this apartment was the historic home of the Scola family before the 1920s: completely renovated to give light to the rooms, it retains the difference in height in the flooring (the small internal steps between one room and another) due to the Ligurian way of building in the 15th-16th centuries, with one house next to the other, forming long rows of houses that support each other. Four large windows overlook the main street of Loano's historic center, while at the back a small balcony also provides air and light to the kitchenette. This room is suitable for families or couples of friends and can also be requested with the 'residence formula' (without b&b service and for longer periods). Online reservation is not available.
