Our way of hosting: our homes are not just simple accommodations, they are places that tell a story.
It all started from Casa Scola, in the heart of Loano's historic center: a family home built over time, between the sea and daily life, inhabited by generations of sailors, fishermen, and, eventually, hoteliers.
From here, everything else developed.
Next to the main house, between alleys and hidden passages, there are spaces like 30steps, once a stable and hayloft, now transformed into a small retreat with a terrace: a symbol of how life has evolved while maintaining its roots.
Not far away, always connected to the family history, there is Il Fosso, in Borghetto Santo Spirito: an apartment born from a plot inherited, simple but full of meaning, because it represented for my grandfather the only bond with his father, whom he had never known.
Each space is different because it comes from a different story:
the rooms of Casa Scola, in the heart of the historic center, with views of the Caruggio and hidden little terraces
the apartments, perfect for those seeking more autonomy and space
30steps, intimate and with a large terrace
Il Fosso, close to the sea, ideal for families
Each home has its own soul, but they all share the same origin: a story made of work, family, and the sea.
Casa Scola Loano (which we've named after those who, over half a century ago, began this adventure) are a testament to the perseverance and foresight of exceptional people. For this reason, we chose not to alter the original features of the building, maintaining the stone vaults and walls, niches, and period furniture.
