Il Fosso is a family apartment that holds a special story, made of roots, memories, and deep connections. It is located in Borghetto Santo Spirito, right on the border with Loano, in a convenient area close to everything and just a few steps from the sea. The name recalls the ancient one of the neighborhood, but for my grandfather, this place was simply "the inheritance."
The building was created by a cooperative that joined many small plots of land. My grandfather's piece was what remained from his father's inheritance, whom he had never known: a subtle yet precious bond that made this apartment a special place in our family history.
Located on the first floor with an elevator, the apartment enjoys a sea view and is about 50 meters from the seafront.
