30steps | Loft with Large Terrace in the Historic Center

30steps is a small retreat in the heart of Loano's historic center, just a few steps from the sea, connected to Casa Scola through an ancient passage at the back: once, in fact, all the houses in the village were interconnected, intertwining lives and family stories.


This building was originally a service building for the main house.
On the ground floor were the mule stable and the cart shelter, while above was the hayloft. It was from here that my grandfather left at dawn to take fish to the Savona market, after his family's night of fishing.

Over time, when life changed and the business transformed into hospitality, this space found a new soul. Today, 30steps is a welcoming and bright open space, furnished simply and functionally, with a double bed, sofa, and an American-style open kitchen.


The apartment also features a small vestibule, a bathroom with a shower, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The real highlight is the large private terrace, a rare space in the historic center, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, moments of relaxation, or dinners under the Ligurian sky.
